Middleton's Clothiers is unlike other internet stores that are just a website and a warehouse. We are a full service prom/pageant/gown boutique. We have been in business since 1997. We are located at 4847 West Spencerfield Road, Pace, Florida. On this site we provide certain features to you at the following conditions. If you visit or shop on our website, you accept these conditions. Please be sure to read each line of our online order policy.
Due to the specialty nature of the gown industry, all sales are final, no exceptions.
We are excited to provide you with the opportunity to view/shop at any time and from anywhere. We feel privileged that you have chosen Middleton's to purchase your gown/shoe/accessory. We want you to understand that because each item is special ordered for you in the size and color of your choice, we institute a no refunds/returns/exchange/cancellation policy. We want you to be aware that you are in control of the size of the item that you purchase. We want you to be careful when choosing the size of your item. We are not responsible for items not fitting because of the size chosen. Please measure carefully. We strongly encourage you to have a qualified seamstress take your measurements using the following recommendations: bust/wear a nonpadded bra and measure across the largest part and pull tightly; waist/pull tightly while measuring; hips/measure across the fullest part and pull loosely. Size charts are located on the gallery and detail pages on the right of every item on our site. Please use the charts in an effort to make the best size choice.
If you have visited Middleton's Clothiers at our 4847 West Spencerfield Road retail location and have been measured by one of our qualified measuring consultants, then please email us at email@example.com before placing your order. We will then be happy to pull your measurements from the store's files and order your size based upon those measurements. We will email you of the size choice for you to make sure this is the size you are comfortable ordering. You may then enter the size needed when placing your special order though us. Please keep in mind that special orders are not eligible for refund/return/exchange/cancellation.
B. Processing Orders
Upon the completion of your online order, you will receive an email verifying your order has been received. Note that receiving this email does not signify that we have accepted your order, nor does it confirm our offer to sell. At any time, we reserve the right to accept or decline your order at any time or for any reason.
Note that all products are subject to availability.
We will place an authorization hold for the full amount on your credit card upon your initial online order. Until we can confirm that your order can be fulfilled, your credit card will not be charged. New orders will be confirmed and processed within 24-72 hours. Otherwise, the authorization of your credit card authorization hold will be removed, and your order will be cancelled upon notification. Once confirmation has been made and you are notified, your credit card will be charged with the full amount owed for the order. You will receive an email with an estimated delivery time and a tracking number of your shipment. Orders can not be cancelled.
Items that are in stock at Middleton's retail location usually ship on the next business day. We will notify you of the expected ship date and the shipping method if we need to special order the item directly from the designer listed on our site. If we do not have your item in stock and for some reason we can not order it directly from the manufacturer, we will notify you that your order has been canceled at no charge.
All online orders are safe and secure. Credit card information is delivered directly to us and processed in the store. No need to worry about third party processing companies.

C. Shipping Details
We only ship orders within the Continental United States. Ground shipping within the Continental United States is free for all in stock orders of $150 or more. Other shipping options will be calculated at checkout based on your item's availablity, expedited time or choices of shipping companies. Once your order has been confirmed and a tracking number is issued, it is under a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such item(s) pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. If you have any questions concerning shipping please contact us through email.
Please know that we inspect each and every gown to ensure the highest quality product before it ships to you. If a problem is noted with any gown, we will fix it or return it to the manufacturer before it is shipped to you and you will be notified of the delay.
D. Sales Tax
Sales tax is only applied to orders shipped within the state of Florida
